playing flash files offline in xlobby webbrowser

I have embedded a webbrowser object in one of the screen to play flash content. The flash file is located on the local file system and I use file:// as the url to play it. It works fine when my computer is connected to the internet but just displays a plain-white screen when my computer is disconnected from internet (Btw, its not a file not found error - just blank white screen). This computer is actually my car computer and i was wondering how I can make the local flash file play when its not connected to the internet. Btw, I can play the flash file in the browser fine when its disconnected from internet.

Also, I have observed that with the new version of x-lobby - the flash support is broken.
