Zoom Player commands

Postby Chazotta on Thu Jun 02, 2005 9:54 am

Does anybody know where to find the full list of send commands for Zoom player ?

One of the events I am trying to assign to a button is cycle through audio tracks (ie where the DVD you are watching does not have a menu and you want to cycle through AC3, DTS, LPCM etc).

Is there a page showing all the Zoomplayer commands with Class Name, Message number, wparam and iparam ?

those aren't complete lists, i found that for sage there are a number of more commands that have been added or were not originally listed. I also suspect there are more for ZP.

For the complet list, create the .gml for zoomplayer (from the config dialog), open it in girder and you will see all possibilities with the correct parameters

I've never used girder before, although I have a version lying around. How do you display the relevant parameters in girder ?

once you open the .gml, you will see all commands in a tree, selecting a colmmand will update the panel in the right then you will see the send message parameters (LParam and WParam)

I have girder version 3.3 and when I select one of the zoom player functions in the left hand tree, I don't see any parameters on the right side. I only see a small panel at the top about learn event etc and down the bottom there are are 7 tabs (window, OS, command, girder, mouse, keyboard, pluggins). What version are you running ?

I can show you a screen shot - how do you attach files ?

If you select the target button in the window tab at the bottom it brings up a target selector box with a whole host of settings. There is a section to do with 'running tasks/windows', a section called 'selected task's childobjects', a 'settings' area and then a 'checking the settings (find)' section.

Its probably in this area but heck if I can work it out.

Ok, I understand the problem, this .gml is using the sendmessage plugin

Go to File/settings-->plugins.
Select sendmessage then apply.

Once returned in the main page, you will see that selecting a command will bring you to the plugins tab (bottom/right)
settings button will show you the parameters

I did what you say. When I select the zoom command on left hand side, then click on settings on plugin tab, nothing happens

edit: it now works. I had to close and restart ? Thanks

Does this show any commands in addition to the ones which are listed in Girder when you export the .GML file from ZP ?
