Background wrong size

Help!

I am trying to have Xlobby use the same background I use for my windows desktop...it is 1280x768 and "centered". When I switch to Xlobby, the background appears to horizontally shrink a few pixels. Am I doing something wrong.

Not a big deal, but I would like it to appear seamless as it transitions from the desktop to Xlobby and back to the desktop. I am using an Nvidia 6600 GT running into a Sony 50A10 LCD RPTV through the VGA port if that makes a difference.

What skin are you trying to use? Was it designed for that resolution? Have you looked into the resolutions sizes in the Xlobby editor (F2 then select skin). You may be able to set up that resolution if it isn't already on the list. I just breifly looked and using the Green Skin, I had listed (which may be default for all skins) 1024x768 or 1280x720. Try and enter your resolution, maybe it will work?

marbles...thanks for the reply...you got me thinking again...I checked the resolution and that was good (1280x768) which is the same as the desktop...but then I checked the desktop and changed the background to be "stretch" rather than "centered" in the Win XP desktop configuration dialogue...now they are matched and squished...so it looks like something is wrong with my graphic...although I thought it was exactly 1280x768...
