Bloke wants to be able to control his Slinke, can he do this with Xlobby?

Further down in that thread is a link to an earlier Xlobby thread where Steven asked if anyone could give him info on the Slinke so he could do a plugin. http://www.xlobby.com/forum/viewtop...ighlight=slinke No one had any info so it just died there. Wish I was using xlobby back then cause I would have directed him to Slinke website where you can download the software (including application building tools) for free. http://www.nirvis.com. As I mentioned in the AVSforum thread, the Slinke can be controlled through command lines, but that would be more time consuming to setup.
BTW, I just found out that they discontinued the Slinke on 6/30/04. :cry:

I never really understood why people used that thing in the first place. You could pretty much use a device like the usbuirt to do the same thing...although you wouldnt get the "two way" communication. Yah its pretty unlikely I would add support for it since you cant even buy the thing now.
