XMpc plugin

Postby badubo on Tue Feb 22, 2005 10:28 am

Helle,

here is a new plugin allowing to show runtime information (title, time, progress bar) for those using Media Player Classic (MPC)

http://users.skynet.be/badubo/test/XMpc.zip

Copy the content in "plugins"

You can access several information from the running MPC instance like :

plugin>XMpc>Title
plugin>XMpc>File
plugin>XMpc>Pos
plugin>XMpc>Remain
plugin>XMpc>Total
plugin>XMpc>Full

and a progress bar :
plugin>XMpc>Progress
If you want to change the look of the progress bar, simply change the 2 .png in the directory

Yes, the french team is testing it.
I guess I will give a link this week for testing purposes.
Actually, it allows to drive progdvb, dreamdvb and k!tv
I will also add hispadvb.
It hasn't yet the possibility to schedule record but I hope finish this for next week.

Which card do you use?
if your card in compatible with either k!tv or progdvb (or dvbdream), you can download the very first alpha version :

http://www.france.xlobby.com/plugins/xltv.zip
the plugin is configured for french epg, but you can easily adapt it to your need in the EPG tab

Nexus dvb-s (skystar 1) and progdvb
Oh!!! I have been waiting for this...
A scheduler to this and it’s going to be a smash hit :!:

Don’t mean to steal focus from your other great plug-in. Tanks Badubo you rock!

badubo,

With your plugin would I be able to use the epg to generate a tvpi file to schedule a recording with a myHD card?

I'm working on it, probable next week I will have something

I don't use the scheduler of the applications, I have mine, it uses the task scheduler to wake up the PC and be sure that xlobby is running then the plugin use an automated "live" recording to do the job.

This looks very good (the DVB/TV plugin). Are there possible plans to support MyTheatre? Or maybe Ritzdvb (which is free and has a "sendMessage" interface already available) http://www.ritzdvb.com
At least I can switch to ProgDVB for now and have a nice interface for it, but it's not very stable unfortunately.

Thanks.

My first post here.

Can somebody help me?

I am trying to figure out how to set up XMpc plugin in Xlobby with Media Player Classic. Does anybody have instructions?

Thanks.

Yes, I did.

I put all files:

mpcinfo.dll
XMpc.dll
xmpc.png
xmpc_bkgrnd.png

into \Xlobby\plugins directory.

Then I start Xlobby, click F2 to go to Setup, click Plugins tab and I see XMpc plugin there. But when I click Configure button nothing happens.

What else should I do?
