Create Colby type buttons

Anyone who is a beginner with Photoshop, who would like to create great buttons like Colby's (though hey, it still takes time), can find a ton of tutorials on the web. Below are a few that I have found which are really good.

I am just curious how to create Colby type buttons? :lol:

If anyone is interested I could write a tutorial like these that may be simpler and more specific to XLobby.
