PORTS, Firewall

OK, Does anybody know what ports that need to be open for FULL functionalitet in xlobby. Never used the sync and fat klient part and trying to but can't connect.

8002=webserver (also client??) is it UDP or TCP?
xxxx=Connect to Xnet Server? UDP or TCP?
xxxx=Control Zone (or is it the same as above?

I admit, I'm confused by your question. At no time do I ever remember hearing about opening ports for anything besides the webserver. The default webserver port is 8002 (TCP). With the latest version you can choose different ports.

just looked again and xnet says port 8000.don't know if its tcp or upd but the firewall says another port. steven are u using dynamic ports udp with control port 8000 tcp?

as long as you open open port 8000 & 8001 you should be able to use xnet, I think just opening tcp would do it.

as far as the webserver, well thats a custom port now...and tcp would do it also.
