Making one category's display dependent on anothers

Hi,

I am sure the title is confusing enough, but what I want to do seems simple.

I have a directory of music video.
One folder per artist, some folders have a few avi's.

I have imported it okay using the trailers template.
I have one category window that works great. When I click on an artist with more than one file, up they all appear.

What I would like, however, is to have another category window.
When you click on an artist in the first wndow, the second window will display the names of the files.

Hope that makes sense.
