getting black screen if i change skin

Hi,

i'am just starting to use XLobby. After i get it installed i would like to change to a different skin. But with every "new" skin i get a black screen. After changing to the defaultskin back it works.
Any Ideas?

Folders! There is a good chance you have skins nested in too deep. There should be a skins directory then the skinname folder. Inside that should be xmls, buttons folders, bgs etc.

Xlobby/Skins/NewSkin
Not: Xlobby/Skins/NewSkin/Newskin

When the screen is black can you hit f2 and open the setup menu?

Thx, for this hint. Now it works on this Box. On the second PC i have i have the same issue (black screen), but also w/ the default skin, and F2 isn't working.
