I've searched the forums on all multizone threads and i have not found one that tackles this=-
multizone indipendent working OK
multizone synchronized working OK ( sync issue solved with dummy zone)
going back to multizone independent stops all music
here is a scenario
I have guests over active zones are lanai and pool, game and billiards,kitchen and media room all working same music synched.
I decide to go to the garage and I want to play something different but dont want the whole house listening to it and i dont want to interrupt the current playing track on the other zones.
right now if I hit synchronize it either stops or starts all music if it stops it i have to sellect a zone and go to music page and select a playlist or track
What im asking for is a tutorial on how to assign the events to switch off the current zone back to independet mode while still keeping the rest of the zones synchronized maybe someone found a work around please post it
