Best way to organize mp3's for Jowaldo skin

I use the jowaldo skin and in quick music view mode all my full albums look good and they are easy to select and play. But how does everyone sort their random mp3's that don't fit into a specific album? It is hard for me to find specific single mp3's and no cover art displays.

95% or so of my folders right off the root of my music folder, are folders for individual albums.

But for the random songs (that I don't have the full album of) I have created folders like:

60's
70's
80's
Rock
Grunge
Rap

and etc... and sorted all my mp3s into the corresponding folders. I've been in the process of creating custom "album covers" for each of these too... I know this won't work for everyone, but at least for me and a few other people I know, it works well.
