I have a problem that I hope some can help me with,
What I am trying to do is play some movies stored on a fire wire drive that is not switched on all the time but are controlled by X10, The movies that are stored on the normal hard drive all load and play ok ( using Theatertek 2).
this is how I am trying to do it I have put an X10 and time (so firewire drive get time to be recognized) event in the advanced section of the films that are on the firewire drive so that the firewire drive get switched on before theatertek loads but for some reason theatertek does not load, I have even tried playing a trailer instead of the time event but not joy,
It seem the only way to get it to work is to put an OS execute file, but that would mean having an event for every film that is on the firewire drive, How many event came be store in the event manager?
