by Chicoo on Tue May 25, 2004 10:32 am I wanted to have my music categorized by Genre. The best way that I could find to do this was by copying the filter option from the search window and adding it to my main music screen.
I then created an event to set a filter on music and genre (this is described somewher in another thread) and added this event to the goto music event.
I now have an extra list on my music screen that shows all the genres that I have and when I select a category all my albums that are in the selected genre are shown. If you want to have the list show your artists you set the filter on artist.
As I am at work now so I cannot post a screenshot, but I will do so when I am at home.
