How do I get items to move front back while skinning?

How do I get items to move front back while skinning?

Any new items are automatically in front and the arrows and front back don't do anything....help!

Naylia, I believe you must only have one Item selected to set its order. It will not work with multiple items. Also are you sure the item is selected in the box of the default tab? Or are you just selecting in the skin. Also how are you opening the skin editor? I dont see any problem over here.

Pause/Break -> Click on item on defualt tab -> click 'Back' or use arrows. It always stays on top of other items though...maybe I should update my exe.
