XBMC Python script support

Hi, apologies if already been posted.

Request: Some way to run XBMC (xbox media center) Python scripts in Xlobby.

One I do like is the google video script. Maybe a plugin for this would be more realistic.

Sorry I can't assist my coding skills are stuck in Apple Basic.

I'm sure you don't know what you are really asking for so in brief...

XBMC Python scripts use calls only XBMC would use. Thus, is makes no sense to try to emulate it. It is also completely unnecessary to try to do so since Python for the PC is available.

If you want the same functionality, you will need to re-write the scripts for Python that runs on the PC. This is very possible... start learning

Hi Aaron, thanks for your reply & apologies for my lack of knowledge on this.

A friend was showing me XMBC and some of the scripts. Was really impressed how well integrated they were with the XMBC interface. As I'm a Xlobby newbie (love whet I see so far) would it be possible to achieve the same script integration within Xlobby without deep coding knowledge?

It would be great if there was a collection of Xlobby-friendly scripts (in the same way plugins work) that make use of the great interface.
