thanks wes i was really hoping for the gma500. the 950 does not offer hard ware video acelleration for high def formats i.e h264. i've been ripping my bluerays to 1080p and need a tabet with the gma500 to decode them, that way i don't need to do 2 versions of each movie (hi and lower def)
oh well back to the viliv s7 i guess.

Like to add that I just brought up VR on the tablet. I didn't think the processor was going to cut it, but with XL and VR running, I'm only seeing a 20-30% CPU load while it "translates".

hmmmm might have to wait till sept 7th, but this thing blows the viliv models away and as high def playback whoo whoo.
