I sell an "All in one" PC with 15" LCD touchscreen integrated (wall mount possible). It has meany features such as multiple video outputs, 2 slots PCI (rare for this kind of item)... I used it to control Xlobby as thin client and I added a TV card to have a TV in my kitchen.
