calling events from plugins

Got an idea, post it here

calling events from plugins

Actually we can use the sendcommand method to call standalone commands in XLobby but I think that it will be be usefull to be able to call directly events (mainly for having the same multithreading behaviour)

We have a very good French team, and the only thing that we want is xlobby goes up and up, we love too much xlobby and we have a lot of projects on it…

i was looking at how to do this....

You must be able to do something like it, becuase the XLHotkeyPlugin looks like it is doing just that?

looked at it a bit more and i guess that are simply lookup up what each event calls and then trigering them sepearatley...

it is what I do now with my plugins (like xremote)
but with this method, we loose the possibility to work exactly the same way as xlobby (mainly due to the threading issue)
