Mouse disappearing

Clean XL installation, when ever XL starts/runs the mouse cursor disappears and only reappears when I close XL

Am I missing something ?

Maybe, no mouse is good usually. I thought there was a checkbox for "hide mouse" on the setup menu (f2).

I think Steven took that checkbox away a while ago.

Why do u need a mouse?

Cos sometimes when XL is running i need to do other things on the HTPC...

Its strange cos I've been running XL for 2yrs now no probs, but after a hdd format and clean XL installation, the mouse disappears whenever XL is running
