Pulling what's left of my Hair out Help Please

While taking a stab at building my first HTPC, I stumbled onto this site looking for a front-end for my touch panel and DLP monitor.
There are not enough words to say how amazed I am about what you fellows are doing here; I have not turned on my MCE since.

I have installed the Heavy Metal TS skin; I have been reading everything I can get my hands on here, for the last 3 weeks I am unable to get my movies to populate in this skin. I installed the TheatertekDVD player, Zoom player; I have set up my movies according to Baddabing instructions for family and mature files. I can see the files update inside the skin. I also installed the DVD profiler and have slowly been updating my DVD collection. I have everything else working, I have tried reading but I just can not seem to find the answer to my problem.

I have followed the beginners guide for the initial setup, weather works my music works jackets are seen in the music screen, just can’t figure out the DVD side of things.

If someone can please put me in the right direction I would truly appreciate it.

There could be several things to trouble shoot here, and If it were me I would join the xlobby irc channel and get realtime support. Or I could help in an IM.

I clicked on chat and turned off the popup blocker, but I am getting a error on the bottom of the page left side?

IM is instant message, I am currently on Yahoo, MSN, AOL, and IRC. So if you have one of those I could add you.

There is an IRC chat some of us speak on. Search forum for the address channel or whatever. Or Dgemily or Memoe could help you out.
