Category/DB data access, keyword list???

I'm tying to find out how I can access data in the category/DB.
There seems to be a few undocumented keywords like...

category>blah>cover
category>blah>position

There must be more, is there a list somewhere?

I saw that, it was very helpful in letting me know how to interface with the category/db. But like my example, those 2 are not a metatag in the xml but actual properties of 'catagory'.

What happens if I were to have a tag named <position> in the xml, will category>blah>position pull up the "x of n" or my position data???
This may cause unexpected behavior to the skinner.
