Overlay problem

I am running into a strange problem, I am using jwaldo's skin and have setup the auto-play features. When I put a disk in the overlay does not show up properly, it is there, but I can only see it by moving my mouse around the screen, which causes the buttons and test of the overlay to show up. I tried using a button to open the same event and the overlay came up properly. Does anyone have any ideas why this might not be working?

Have you set up in F2>Misc the CD auto play options?

This is the only thing I can think of.

Yes they are set, and the autoplay is working, but the overlay does not display properly.

I have experienced the same problem.

The way I circumvented the issue was to add the command "button select" in the “dvd popup”-event referring to one of the buttons on the overlay.

Exactly what I have done is:

1) In the popup overlay I ID'ed my Play button to "DVDPlay"
2) In setup I made xlobby's AutoPlay call the autoplay:dvd popup-event (xlobby does this by default)
3) In the Event Manager under the "dvd popup"-event I added the "button select" command referring to the Button ID: "DVDPlay" (so the "dvd popup"-event now execute to commands i) "show global overlay" ii) "button select" (ID:DVDpopup).
