Could anyone help please.

I am considering purchasing a 10" Roomvue touchscreen display. This uses Windows CE as operating system (but unlike Viewsonic I believe it does not use Windows Remote Desktop). I would like to utilize this in order to act as a thin clent controlling XLobby on a PC attached to a 6TB NAS.

Will this work and if so is there anything special I need to do.

Thanks in advance

Should work either as a thin client or web client.

I can't help but notice that it was announced in June 2005 (nine months ago) yet their web site doesn't list a single reseller. And following their 'partner' links is a futile exercise. A Google search for ROOMVUE KUBEcorp only brings up a total of 3 entries.

It looks very cool, http://www.kubecorp.com/products_roomvue_rv10ts.asp but it also looks like it never made it to market.

I sent a request for pricing but have yet to hear back from them.

Thanks for the replies. I actually tracked down the supplier/manufacturer and spoke at some length. The developer now works for another company but still is involved in the evolution of the Roomvue and they are bringing out a new embedded platform in the early summer. They have quite a bit of stock at the moment and I am currently negotiating a bulk deal. The unit it much better built than anything else around and if anyone is interested in purchasing one please let me know and I can see waht price I can get this down ton.

I will be testing one this week and will add the results to this post.

I've been looking at a ViewSonic V210 - mostly because it supports wireless 11g. This looks like a viable alternative. Keep me in the loop, I would be very interested.
