Doe anyone happen to know the window's class name for DVDFab Platinum?

Thanks.

not sure if this will be helpful but my copy of dvd fad decrypter (not platinum) used #32770 as the classname. (the # IS included).

however, there were several windows/buttons/objects that used this classname as well so using xmovewindow plugin was a no-go. I kept getting a random window/object appearing in the frame.

perhaps it might be a different class name for platinum but even better would be if it didnt share the classname in the same manner that my copy did.

ps..i used girder to view the class names and this is where i could see all the duplicate entries for #32770

Thanks for the prompt reply. I am trying to use the XMoveWindow plug-in and have used Managed Spy to view all the class names etc. and interestingly enough there is one for #32770 with a handle of 3605062 and as far as I can see it is the only one listed. I tried to use this to launch DVDFab Platinum but it just launches at its normal size - is there an argument I should be using when executing the program?

unfortunately i was unable to increase my knowledge of xmovewindow due to the issue i was having but i would bet someone on here could point you in the right direction. i dont recall any arguments or commands...there is a write up on xmovewindow but it is in french...english translation is floating around somewhere...i was able to interpret it well enough that it should have worked had dvdfab not used the same class name...you might have better luck than i did...

i do think i will check out managed spy tho...just to confirm what was happening to my copy of dvdfab..ill bet it is an easier way that dowloading girder and firing it up and navigation through it all just to view the class name lol.....am i right?

Yes - Managed Spy is easy to use and is free. I am just not sure what the correct class name to use is. I can get XMoveWindow to work for anything I have the right name for so I will just persever. If anyone else has any luck please let me know.

Thanks
