QTips skin

Postby QTips on Sun Mar 28, 2004 6:40 am

Finaly I have managed to get skins for my musicvideos and tv recordings thanks to Stevens new way to start programs binds to categorys.
This is a simple layout but very handy :)
examples: http://qtips.mine.nu/xlobby/
download skin: http://qtips.mine.nu/xlobby/qtips_1.zip (updated from time to time)
To get this working, all you have to do is press F2 and change path to your own folders with musicvideos and tvrecordings. In ZoomPlayer press "n" and select ultraminimalskin.
This is a 16:9 skin but I will make it 4:3 later for use on my TV.

:edit I use some custom fonts which can be downloaded with the link above

Oh yeah 8)

cause with this new way to feed Zoom Player with comandline options everything is possibel. And then control ZP with sendmessagescomands within XLobby after that it almost feels like ZP is integrated with XLobby.
The next step would be a option to sort these files with date, filesize and even a deletebutton for tvrecords

Qtips,

I agree, now the "bug" ( xlobby stealing focus when xlobby was launched )is fixed you can make ZP look very integrated. Fiinished yseterady exactly what you have for TV recordings. Works great and so far completely reliable which is rare in HTPC software

I told you that would be nice if they can play first in a little screen :)

Very nice work...I see I'm going to have to really bring my A-game to compete with all these new skins.

the zoomplayer overlay is great...I finished my movie trailer function last week. Now when I am looking at a movie from the movie viewer page I can click my trailer button and watch the trailer for that movie. Now if I could just figure out how to keep ZP from popping my taskbar up.
