by JoelM on Tue Jan 09, 2007 9:41 pm I am fairley new to HTPC and have purchased a lot of equipment. I have an HTPC with 2TB for DVD Rips, 2 tuner Hauppauge TV card, DVD player. I purchased 4 Hauppauge MVP's and my house is all wired with coax RG6 and CAT5e ethernet cable. My question is can I use Xlobby on the server and connect with the other clients to use the TV and all other features as Sage does? What would be the best setup and sopftware combination. I also have X10 lighting controls... I bought HAL2000 and HomeSeer. Which should I use to automate these and will they fit in with Xlobby? Looking for good advice from all of you pros...
