Steven, not sure if this is possible and obviously would be up to the responsibility of plug-in writers to use sensibly, but to have a handle to the splash status when the plugin is loaded and is performing it's first duties. Especially if the task may take a few seconds, it would be nice to report to the user exactly what is happening (or not happening!!). Thanks!!!
