slideshow speed

If time permits :-)

After Steven fixes all bugs and makes directx, I'd like to be able to set slideshow speed from within XLobby via command and change it, i.e. category>slideshow speed>5 or similar... 5 is ofcourse seconds :-)

I went with

category>slideshow delay

not this is a temporary setting, it will get reset on a restart.
