Seems u r right. Seems like talent left to start invelos and only sh!t remains at IVS to stir, til it finally poured out of bucket to courtroom.

Seems that all we can do now is to wait...

I would put my money on talent though... Cause we all know that sh!t aint worth of sh!t in this world :)

I am about to upgrade DVD Profiler to 3.0. Does the current version of XLobby natively import from DVD Profiler 3.0? If not, does the current version of the import utility work?

Thanks!

 WOW! This almost returns my faith in US legal system

As far as i know neither core import, nor this utility works with 3.0 yet. And is most likely core of free version never will.

So get coding jovial... pretty please

Is there an official answer to this question?

Thanks!

 i guess i forget to flash my "i love Xlobby"- badge...

If u just bother to read this very same thread, u see that Lars states it wont work... and he is pretty much as official it gets around here...

Besides if u want it work so badly, why on earth are u asking official answers, instead of trying yourself? Then ull have first hand knowledge without need to trust all pervert bears around here.

For pete's sake bear, back off. All questions do not require a smartalec answer from you. By official, he was most likely hoping Steven would chime in. All you needed to do was say it has been tried, it does not work, due to the changes in the exported XML. Steven hasn't had a chance to work on it as far as I know.

Now, another question that I'm not sure if it has been answered. I don't remember seeing it in this thread. Can you still use and update the prior version, or are they forcing you to upgrade? I can't try this myself as my main computer is down current (MB Died) and that's where my profiler program is loaded.

I use the old version with the import utility and it still works great. I read somewhere on dvdprofilers site that they WILL force people to upgrade soon. Thta's kind of why I am trying to get the author of the utility to make it work with 3.02

Great. Thanks Lasse. So far I've just been using the default import, not this utility, but I'll need to use it if I stick with the pre-commecial version of xLobby at home :)
Of course, my new MB has to come in first ... **sigh**

You can get AMC (Ant Movie Catalog) for free from:

http://www.antp.be/software/moviecatalog/

And there should also be xANT plugin which imports AMC data into XLobby, try finding it from the master list of plugins:

Maybe it's because I was already used to DVDProfiler, but I didn't care for ANT when I tried it. May look at it again however. Will it import my profiler database, via the exported xml possibly?

I have to agree with u, no offense to frenchies, but i really like how DVD profiler works with EAN/UPC. So handy and fast.

So Lasse, keep the pressure on the author!!!
