xLobby can be configured in several differnt ways to distribute video to single or multiple displays.

1. A single or multiple xLobby client units video outputs can be connected to either a component or HDMI matrix switcher, allowing the content to be selectable to any display that is connected. Multiple xLobby clients can be selected if installed and connected to the matrix switcher source inputs, this type of configuration allows multiple users to watch any of the connected xLobby clients content from different rooms.

2. The xLobby video output can be connected to either a component or HDMI distribution amplifier, provideing the ability to feed multiple rooms with a single xLobby source. Since most new display technologies offer several component or HDMI inputs it is possible to have more than one xLobby client distributed to multiple locations by using the built-in switcher in the display.

I currently am using the Gefen 4x4 video matrix controlled by rs232 from xlobby V3.
The video is being pushed by an ATI 512mb HD Radeon 3870
once the video is sent thru the component out from the xlobby server to the matrix, it can then be displayed throughout the house.
multizone video is hardware based so there should be no issues.
