DVD Profiler import utility - need databases for testing

The message only says

"DXC Import Utility has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

There was no other info to say what type of error it was.

Make sure there are no other files than 'DXC.EXE' and 'DXC_HELP.CHM' in the directory you're running DXC from. Doing so, does DXC shut down with the same error?

What version of .NET are you using?

Are you sure there are no other information about the error in the message box that is shown when DXC shuts down?

Normally there should be a click here link at the bottom of the message box. Clicking the link should show more info about the error signature. If there isn't I have no clue to what could be causing DXC to shut down. The message you see is not part of any DXC error handling routine. Maybe you can find some more info about the error if you view your Windows logs (in XP by running %SystemRoot%\system32\eventvwr.msc /s).
