If you have questions regarding any xLobby products and how they work or if you are not sure it is functioning properly just give us a call. Please have your xLobby unique ID number handy so we can assist you, the number is usually printed on the inside of the DVD drive door or is available by pressing the F1 key to open the xLobby help menu, also entering the xLobby setup menu, Alt + F2 under the About tab.

Our knowledgeable support staff is eager to answer questions about your xLobby installation, programming details and applications of your system.

Most issues are resolved over the phone, if necessary we can schedule a log-me-in session to assist you live over the internet.
